About Barzman
The water in every Barzman bottle retains its natural mineral composition. It’s sourced and processed carefully enough that it didn’t need to be stripped down and reassembled with added minerals.
That takes a specific kind of operation: the right source, the right technology, and the knowledge to know what to preserve. We’ve spent over 20 years building it.
How We Work
Producing water with its original mineral composition intact requires a different kind of operation — one built around source selection, precise processing, and a deep understanding of water chemistry.
01
Choosing the source
Not every water source has a mineral profile worth preserving. Many are too high in certain minerals, too variable between seasons, or too contaminated to bottle without heavy intervention. We selected our groundwater source specifically for its natural mineral balance and consistency, because the entire approach depends on starting with water that’s already good.
02
Processing with precision
Purifying water while keeping its mineral composition intact is a narrower technical challenge than stripping everything out and starting over. It requires investment in the right filtration technology and continuous monitoring to make sure what’s being removed is limited to impurities, not the minerals that give the water its character. Our bottling lines are among the fastest in the industry, and every stage is automated to maintain consistency.

Understanding what matters
Twenty years of producing bottled water builds a specific kind of knowledge — not just how to run a bottling plant, but what a good mineral profile really looks like, how seasonal variation affects source water, and where the line is between purifying and over-processing. That understanding is what allows us to produce water this way consistently, at scale, year after year.
Mineral Composition
Every water has a mineral fingerprint — the specific combination of calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and other minerals dissolved in it. That fingerprint tells you something about where the water came from and how it was processed.
Barzman’s mineral profile is the one the source provides. The levels of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium are what naturally occurs in the groundwater we draw from, present in the proportions that the geology produced. Nothing has been boosted to improve flavour, and nothing has been reduced to hit a marketing claim.
The overall profile is light — low TDS, near-neutral pH, and minerals in moderate, naturally occurring proportions. The composition is the result of well-selected deep groundwater, and it reads differently from a profile that has been engineered after processing.
